College Recruiting Program
Our College Recruiting Program is designed to give high school players a strategic advantage in the recruitment process. Drawing on firsthand experience as both a collegiate player and Division I coach, Kyle Froemke offers personalized guidance to help athletes not only navigate recruiting—but prepare for it well in advance. We work with players in the critical years before their recruiting window opens, building a tailored development roadmap focused on skill, character, and academic readiness. Our goal is to help you become the most recruitable version of yourself—so when the opportunity comes, you're exactly the kind of player college programs are looking for.
Step 01 - Free 30 Min Consultation
The first step is to book a free 30-minute consultation with Kyle to determine if this program aligns with your goals of playing collegiate baseball. During the session, Kyle will walk you through the program, discuss how it can support your development, and answer any questions you may have.
Step 02 - 90 Min Interview
A 90-minute, in-person or virtual interview with the player and their family to gain a clear understanding of their collective goals. This conversation explores the player’s aspirations, target level of collegiate baseball, and specific programs or schools of interest. Prior to the meeting, the player and family will complete an informational survey to help Kyle build a comprehensive player profile. During the interview, Kyle will also outline the program framework and how it will be tailored to support the player's individual development and recruitment objectives.
Step 03 - Player Evaluation
Each athlete will be assessed in their own playing environment—whether with their high school or travel team—to ensure an accurate and authentic evaluation. Kyle will provide honest, objective feedback on the player’s current skill set, highlighting strengths and identifying areas for targeted development. The goal is to create a clear roadmap to help the player become the most recruitable version of themselves, aligned with the expectations of their target schools.
Step 04 - 15 min Evaluation Review
A 15-minute evaluation briefing with the player and their family. During this session, Kyle will review the assessment report, outline a personalized development roadmap, and help establish clear goals. Together, you’ll identify key areas for improvement to ensure the player is progressing in the right direction and fully prepared when their recruitment window opens.
Step 05 - Customized Roadmap
Roadmap & Milestone Planning using insights gathered from the in-depth interview, the player's goals, and the evaluation, Kyle will develop a customized development roadmap. This plan outlines key milestones designed to keep the player on the right trajectory, ensuring they are fully prepared when their recruiting window opens—typically in the summer following their junior year. Kyle will also offer strategic guidance on the optimal timing for attending college camps and showcase events to maximize exposure and align with recruitment goals.
Step 06 - Weekly Check-in
Ongoing Support & Accountability. This is the core of the program. Kyle will be available daily via text and email (with phone calls scheduled by appointment) to provide continuous support. In addition, the player and Kyle will have a formalized check-in call at least once a week. During these sessions, Kyle will help hold the player accountable for their progress, ensure they stay on track with their goals, and offer valuable insights on training, skill development, and overall mentorship throughout the player's journey.
Step 07 - Communication Support
Kyle will guide players on how and when to effectively reach out to target college programs. He will assist in crafting thoughtful responses to communications from prospective programs and help distinguish between marketing emails and genuine expressions of interest. Additionally, at this stage, Kyle can leverage his extensive network across the college baseball landscape, making calls on the player's behalf to ensure they get noticed by prospective coaches through his personal endorsement
Step 08 - Recruitment Guidance
Once the player has generated interest from college programs, Kyle will provide expert guidance to the family throughout the decision-making process. With his extensive knowledge of the college baseball landscape, Kyle will ensure that the player chooses the best program for their long-term success at the next level. The goal is to find the ideal fit where the player can thrive and continue their development
